Integrating wet processing solutions from industry leaders CDE Group into our new facility means Rino has the capacity to maximise resource yield and produce high quality, in-spec materials so we can deliver game-changing solutions for our customers. This includes:
- The ability to process even the most difficult heavy, clay-bound materials ensuring the cleanest reclaimed product.
- Removal of soil contaminants from excavation wastes.
- Removing fines and contaminants (which can also include brick and tiles) from crushed concrete drastically improving the quality of outputs for use in civil and construction projects.
The result? High quality output products that rival quarried materials including – washed fine sand and clean, washed aggregates (5mm, 10mm, 20mm and 40/70mm).
Additionally, our integrated water management system ensures up to 95% of the process water is recycled for immediate re-circulation back into the plant, enhancing our own environmental goals.
